Procurement Executive

We’re on the lookout for a proactive Procurement Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support project delivery by managing the end-to-end procurement process - from sourcing and evaluating suppliers to ensuring timely delivery of quality fabrication parts, materials, and services. If you’re great at sourcing and enjoy a fast-paced environment, you’ll fit right in.

Responsibilities

• Able to interpret mechanical drawing, fabrication sourcing experience is a plus.
• Reads tender documents and conduct sourcing according to the project agreed specifications and requirements.
• Preparation of bid analysis, purchase orders and tracking of the fabrication parts, materials and services procured.
• Co-ordinate between suppliers and internal departments/project teams to ensure specifications are met and in compliance with company/ client requirements.
