Job Description

  • Source and procure ACMV & Electrical materials, spare parts, tools, and equipment in accordance with project specifications and company requirements.
  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including Request for Quotation (RFQ), Purchase Orders (PO), delivery tracking, and documentation.
  • Evaluate and recommend vendors and contractors, including price negotiation, delivery lead times, and payment terms.
  • Coordinate with various departments (i.e. sales, project, accounts) on the required technical specifications, delivery/collection schedule and supplier payments etc.
  • Coordinate inbound & outbound shipments & deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive information on all purchases made and ensure that all purchasing records are updated and filed accordingly.
  • Ensure stock level for all items in store.
  • Assist in maintaining the documentation and providing administrative assistance.
  • Manage office inventory, including stationery, pantry supplies, and general consumables.
  • Support the review, enhancement, and implementation of the Company’s Purchasing Policies and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Prior experience in the construction or ACMV & Electrical industry will be an advantage.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to work across departments.
  • Detail-oriented, well-organised, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
