Procurement Executive

About the role

Hitech Construction (1982) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Procurement Executive to join our team in the Tagore North-East Region. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for sourcing and procuring the materials, equipment and services required to support our construction projects.

What you'll be doing

• Identifying and evaluating suppliers to ensure we obtain the best quality, price and delivery terms
• Negotiating and managing contracts with suppliers to optimise cost and performance
• Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders to maintain efficient stock levels
• Liaising with project managers and site teams to understand their procurement needs
• Ensuring all procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures
• Generating reports and analyses to support procurement planning and decision making

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a procurement or supply chain role, ideally within the construction industry
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Proficient in using procurement software and data analysis tools
• Practical problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
