Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage contract lifecycle, including creation, negotiation, approval, renewal, and termination.
- Oversee vendor relationships and performance management.
- Issue, track, and monitor purchase orders and delivery status.
- Ensure timely sourcing, cost optimization, and inventory control.
- Prepare and maintain accurate procurement records and analytics reporting.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve supply, quality, and invoicing issues.
- Support ISO audits and vendor performance reviews.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a procurement or supply chain role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
