Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage contract lifecycle, including creation, negotiation, approval, renewal, and termination.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and performance management.
  • Issue, track, and monitor purchase orders and delivery status.
  • Ensure timely sourcing, cost optimization, and inventory control.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate procurement records and analytics reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve supply, quality, and invoicing issues.
  • Support ISO audits and vendor performance reviews.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a procurement or supply chain role, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
