Procurement Expeditor -

Duties:

Resident at fabricators facility, responsibilities include but are not limited to, tracking the status of in-process submittals, supplier deviations and requests for information, liaison between the fabricator, Design Agency, and Document Control to ensure submittals are progressing appropriately and responsible reviewers are maintaining commitments.
Coordinates kick-off meetings with fabricators and GBDC execution team.
Expedites and tracks submittals and deliverables in accordance with procurement requirements and SFE subcontractor schedules.
Assists Delivery Manager with oversight of fabricator schedules to monitor progress against the procurements required delivery dates.
