Procurement Intern

Position Summary:

The procurement intern will assist with coordinating activities involved with procuring goods and services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Create purchase orders
• Purchase miscellaneous items
• Update late purchase order report on GOLD daily
• Contact suppliers with late purchase orders
• Create inventory records
• Calculate quarterly on-time delivery & quality report
• Purchase raw material, hardware, paint, and purchased parts
• Update & Maintain our Supply Chain Mapping
• Help track and analyze market trends
