This role is part of Operations.
The role is responsible for supporting to the different activities of the entire Procurement Team.
**Reports to**:TM&D, Fleet & Facilities Sourcing Manager and Marketing Sourcing Manager
**Reporting Level**:Managerial
**Geographic Scope**:Local
**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- PIRs creation and modification
- AFCs user support
- CLM user support
- Invoice user support
- Creation and modification of Vendors in SAP
- Modification and updates of industry codes
- Sourcing process support
- Internal Assessment support
**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Current Student of Industrial Engineering or administration student
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel
- Communications skills
- English
