Responsibilities

• Develop strategy and adhere to subsea material handling procedures.
• Act as the focal point for material logistics, handling, and preservation within projects.
• Ensure equipment is handed over to operations from the project in a controlled manner.
• Manage the logistics of company-owned equipment post-handover, including delivery, transport, and receipt.
• Follow up on the Equipment to Warehouse (EWC) completion process.
• Facilitate regular meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee the Spare Parts and Interchangeability Record (SPIR) process.
• Ensure correct registration of spare equipment and tools in relevant systems.
• Optimize storage strategies and locations for spare equipment and tools.
• Conduct site follow-ups to ensure storage and maintenance are performed according to requirements.
