Job Description

•Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.A second degree or professional certification (e.g. CIPS) is an advantage.
• 5+ years of procurement experience, preferably in food service, hospitality, or FMCG sectors • Proven experience managing Capex sourcing and large-scale procurement projects.
• Strong negotiation, supplier management, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in procurement/ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver cost savings and optimize supply chain processes.

As Procurement Lead, you will oversee and drive procurement strategy, supplier management, and process improvements across Masco Foods’ supply chain operations. You will manage a small team and collaborate closely with supply chain, operations, finance, and project teams to optimize sourcing of goods and services.


Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure efficient, cost-effective sourcing of goods, services, and capital assets.

  • Lead supplier identification, qualification, negotiation, and evaluation processes.

  • Oversee full procurement lifecycle: request initiation, RFP/RFQ issuance, contract negotiation, purchase order issuance, and delivery tracking.

  • Manage and optimize inventory levels to minimize waste and stockouts.

  • Monitor supplier performance, evaluate quality and delivery metrics, and implement corrective actions.

  • Facilitate sourcing for Capex items (kitchen equipment, machinery), coordinating with internal stakeholders to align procurement to project needs.

  • Analyze procurement spend and data to identify cost-saving and process-improvement opportunities.

  • Lead, mentor, and train procurement staff; ensure team performance and professional development.

  • Ensure full compliance with internal policies, legal and regulatory requirements.

  • Implement innovations in supply chain and procurement practices.
