Procurement Manager

Black & Grey HR is recruiting a Procurement Manager to join our client’s team in the luxury building materials industry in Abu Dhabi UAE. We are seeking a seasoned professional with a solid background in marble, stone or construction procurement capable of managing global supplier relationships and ensuring seamless material sourcing for high‑end projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategies for marble and stone materials aligned with project timelines and budget.
• Source premium quality stone materials from international markets, especially China, Greece, Spain and Turkey.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with global suppliers and negotiate favorable terms, pricing and delivery schedules.
• Evaluate supplier performance, quality standards and compliance with specifications.
• Collaborate closely with design estimation and project management teams to understand material requirements.
