Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials and services.
- Identify, evaluate and manage suppliers and vendors to ensure quality, reliability and competitiveness.
- Negotiate contracts, terms and pricing with suppliers and contractors.
- Monitor procurement budgets and ensure cost control measures are implemented.
- Coordinate with project teams, site managers and stakeholders to understand procurement requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and prepare reports for management.
- Analyze market trends and maintain up-to-date knowledge of supplier capabilities and pricing.
