Key Responsibilities:

• Develop procurement strategies for food and non-food categories aligned with business needs.

• Forecast requirements with Operations, Commissary, Finance, and Stores.

• Ensure timely availability of materials, optimize inventory, and support new store openings.

• Source and manage suppliers for raw materials, ingredients, packaging, and consumables.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

• Coordinate with QA and Commissary teams on specifications and audits.

• Monitor pricing trends and mitigate supply or cost risks.

• Procure store supplies, uniforms, equipment, furniture, IT items, and services.

• Manage sourcing of capex items and store fit-out requirements.

• Ensure vendor accreditation and service-level compliance.
