Procurement Manager

Colossus Food is an Australian-based food and edible oil trading and manufacturing group, supplying both domestic and international markets. We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to take ownership of demand planning, procurement execution, inventory control, and supply chain risk management.

This is a hands‑on, commercially focused role working closely with Sales, Finance, Production, R&D and Warehouse teams.

Key Responsibilities

Demand Planning & Forecasting

• Develop and maintain sales demand forecasts.
• Consolidate finished goods demand on a quarterly, monthly and weekly basis.
• Consolidate raw material demand on a quarterly, monthly and weekly basis.

NPD / R&D Support

• Participate in monthly NPD / R&D planning.
• Provide supply‑side proposals and suggestions covering materials, packaging, MOQ, lead time and cost feasibility.
