Job Responsibilities

• End-to-End Procurement Management: Independently manage the entire procurement lifecycle, including procurement planning, sourcing strategy, tendering, evaluation, negotiation, award, contract administration, delivery coordination, variation management, dispute resolution and final close-out. Act as the single point of accountability for all procurement-related matters across projects and operations. Ensure procurement activities are executed efficiently with minimal supervision while maintaining strong internal controls and governance standards.
