As a rapidly growing brand, Heartland Dental is actively seeking a Procurement Manager-Development to execute process initiatives & technology improvements within the Development department that target cost & quality controls, metric visibility, process efficiency, and optimization across the department. The individual must be able to collaborate effectively with various levels of management both in and outside of Heartland to develop the trust and respect necessary to implement change. The Development Purchasing team acts as primary contacts for owner-provided material vendors and are responsible for facilitating the purchase-payment lifecycle of our projects.
