Procurement Manager

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full procurement cycle from requisition order creation, vendor selection, negotiation to delivery.
  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers/vendors for various products and services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and service providers.
  • Ensure the timely delivery of goods and services from suppliers.
  • Monitor market trends to ensure competitive pricing and cost‑saving opportunities.
  • Coordinate logistics and timely delivery of goods to ensure business operations continue without disruption.
  • Address and resolve issues with suppliers regarding delays, quality problems or payment disputes (if any).
  • Prepare and present regular procurement reports to management.
  • Act as a point of contact for internal teams regarding procurement‑related inquiries.
