plan, it is seeking to employ an experienced professional to join them as
Procurement Manager (Education Industry) (Ref: KHXXX)
Overview
This role is responsible for assisting the Senior Procurement Manager in carrying out
the daily procurement operations of the organisation, as well as other ad-hoc projects
and duties.  
The Job
 Advise user divisions on procurement policies, appropriate methods of
procurement and workflow
 Review Purchase Requisitions for compliance and internal guidelines
 Manage the full tender cycle from tender administration with requestors to review
of tender documentation, and subsequent tender recommendation for approval
and contract award
 Review of ITQ documentation and new contract/ renewal award
 Maintain term contracts database and follow up on Tender and/or ITQ and/or
renewal requests
