Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sourcing & Negotiation: Identify, evaluate, and develop suppliers for automation products (e.G., PLCs, servos, HMIs) to ensure cost-effectiveness and high quality.
  • Supply Chain Management: Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including Purchase Order (PO) creation, tracking, and ensuring timely delivery to support production.
  • Vendor Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with suppliers, conducting performance reviews and audits.
  • Inventory & Material Management: Oversee raw material planning, maintain optimal stock levels based on MRP (Material Requirements Planning) reports, and manage import activities (customs clearance, documentation).
  • Cost Optimization: Implement cost-saving initiatives and negotiate contracts to reduce procurement costs.
