The Procurement Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all purchasing functions. This encompasses both upstream and downstream procurement processes nationwide. This strategic role includes optimizing supply chains and ensuring efficient, compliant, and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. Primary responsibilities will include the following:

  • Analyze expenditure, strategize sourcing, negotiate contracts, qualify vendors, and execute supply agreements.

  • Establish and standardize procurement processes, ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and legal requirements.

  • Promote synergies, quality, innovation, transparency, and accountability in purchasing for efficient service and maximum value.
