Role Summary
The Procurement Manager is responsible for end-to-end sourcing, purchasing, and supplier management of food (ingredients and packaging) and non-food items (equipment, supplies, and services). This role ensures cost efficiency, quality, availability, and compliance with company standards and food safety regulations. The position supports store operations, commissary production, and corporate requirements while strengthening vendor relationships, negotiating favorable commercial terms, and implementing procurement controls and best practices.
