Overview

This role sits at the center of retail procurement operations. You’re not just processing POs—you’re making sure buying activity is clean, compliant, cost-controlled, and scalable across stores, warehouses, and vendors.

You’ll own the procurement admin engine : systems, documentation, vendor coordination, controls, and reporting. The goal is simple—keep the supply chain moving without leaks, delays, or surprises.

Responsibilities

Procurement Operations & Administration

  • Own end-to-end procurement administration for retail operations (stores, DCs, HO).
  • Manage purchase orders, contracts, vendor records, pricing files, and approvals .
  • Ensure PO accuracy, timely issuance, and proper alignment with demand plans and budgets.
  • Maintain clean procurement documentation and audit-ready records.
  • Coordinate with merchandising, planning, operations, warehouse, and finance
