Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and execute procurement strategies for project materials, equipment, and subcontract works.
  • Review project requirements and support Project Managers and Presales during tender and execution stages.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers/subcontractors for best cost, quality, and delivery.
  • Prepare and review Purchase Orders (PO), Letter of Award (LOA), and Contract Agreements.
  • Maintain approved vendor database and assess vendor performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and ISO procedures.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Project, and Technical teams for cost control and budget tracking.
  • Manage and monitor project procurement schedules, delivery timelines, and progress claims.
  • Lead, guide, and mentor the procurement team for continuous improvement.
