Procurement Manager

The role includes developing sourcing strategies, executing go-to-market processes, evaluating options and negotiating competitive pricing to procure goods and services of superior quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sourcing and purchasing of raw materials, ingredients, packaging, and consumables to support production and business needs
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, quality, and reliability
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align procurement with operational requirements
• Take a leadership role in implementing e-procurement platforms to improve user experience and productivity.
• Maintain vendor price lists, contracts, and procurement records
• Conduct supplier performance reviews and resolve supply issues
• Track market trends and recommend cost-saving initiatives
