Procurement Manager
My clients are looking for a Procurement Manager to join our Singapore team to manager their regional operations. In this pivotal role, you'll drive sourcing, procurement, supplier management and end‑to‑end commercial processes that directly support the operations. The candidate must have experience in procuring Steel or Metals.
Responsibilities:
Strategic & Operational Procurement
Lead RFQ processes, supplier evaluations, business case preparation, and sourcing decisions.
Develop sourcing strategies that balance near-term needs with long-term business goals.
Manage all procurement activities including negotiations, order placement, expediting, and dispute resolution.
Supplier & Stakeholder Management
Build and strengthen supplier relationships while identifying new supplier capabilities.
Monitor supplier performance against KPIs, contracts, and SLAs.
Support internal stakeholders with specifications, requirements, and issue resolution...
