Procurement Manager

Reporting to the Head of Procurement in Singapore for Asia Site Service and Logistics, to support the Global Purchasing Organization in the implementation and enforcement of Company policy and the execution of Asia procurement events. Identify and qualify new vendors in line with Policies. Mitigating supply chain risk, reduce supplier dependency, increase Company's leverage, innovate.
Responsibilities:

Conduct competitive bid exercises in line with Policies Organization service requirements at the best economic value).

Execute service contracts and agreements (Negotiate favorable terms & conditions, mitigate Company's risk/exposure, protect Company's interests).

Lead and guide stakeholders in the execution of procurement events (Assure compliance with Company's Policies).
