Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support procurement function within an organization.
- Executing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
- Assists in development and implementation of procurement policies, processes, and systems, while adhering to organizational guidelines and industry best practices.
- Vendor selection, negotiation, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand procurement needs and provide efficient procurement support.
- Market research, cost management, and compliance also part of their responsibilities.
- Collaborate across departments and teams to ensure smooth procurement operations and support organizational objectives.
- Any other ad-hoc task assigned by Management or Director.
