We're Hiring: Procurement Manager / Senior Procurement Executive Singapore (40 Changi South Street 1)
We are looking for an experienced Procurement professional to lead end-to-end sourcing and project procurement activities in a fast-paced engineering environment. This role plays a key part in optimizing procurement strategy, driving cost efficiency, and supporting major project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop procurement strategies aligned with company objectives and long-term planning
• Lead end-to-end tendering and pre-bidding activities (RFQs, supplier briefings, evaluations, compliance)
• Manage the full procurement lifecycle from requisition to delivery and vendor performance
• Build strong supplier partnerships and lead commercial negotiations
• Oversee Purchase Orders, Letters of Acceptance, and supplier agreements
• Conduct market research and develop new suppliers, including low-cost sourcing regions
