Responsibilities

  • Be the category manager for worldwide design services and travel for Rambus

  • Take ownership of the development and implementation of the indirect procurement category strategies, including projects related but not limited to cost reduction initiatives, contract negotiation and supplier relationship

  • Be accountable for the negotiation strategies for your category, including all of the negotiation preparation, internal alignment of the strategy, and execution of the strategy

  • Support contract negotiations and management of existing contracts

  • Analyze and leverage data analytics to enable business and procurement strategies aligned to business priorities

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including business units, finance, legal, engineering, and management for escalation issues

  • Support other category managers for EMEA and APAC specific procurement activities
