Procurement Manager

Overview

We are seeking a Procurement Manager based in Sydney for our client, to oversee procurement activities for large-scale Transmission and Distribution projects.

This role will be responsible for leading procurement strategies, supplier performance, and compliance, ensuring critical goods and services are delivered on time and within budget to support Australia’s energy transition.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full procurement lifecycle, including planning, tendering, negotiation, and contract awards.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with project budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
• Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure best value and mitigate risk.
• Monitor supplier performance across cost, quality, and delivery to ensure compliance with project requirements.
