Procurement Manager

Job Purpose:

The Procurement Manager will be responsible for the preparation of RFQ’s, RFP’s and RFI’s, analyzing and negotiating, and management to completion, of complex material and service procurements in support of Leonardo Electronics Inc. Laser Solutions. They should have knowledge and understanding of the processes of manufacturing, project management, quality, procurement and engineering functions within an organization and the ability to determine areas of risk associated with these processes. The Procurement Manager will be responsible for maintaining all records associated with Procurement in an accurate and controlled manner in accordance with LEI process/policies and in support of DCAA/DCMA requirements. They will be responsible for the management, training, and development of 3 buyers.
