WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date shipment schedules for all purchase orders
  • Track supplier dispatch dates, transit times, and estimated arrival dates
  • Compile regular shipment status reports (daily, weekly, or monthly as required)
  • Identify and report delays, early deliveries, or changes to shipment schedules
  • Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders to confirm shipment details
  • Update internal systems (ERP, spreadsheets, or tracking tools) with shipment information
