  • We Uniservice, a leading technology based facility management company, looking for a young, dynamic, result oriented professional for Facility Manager/ Assistant Facility Manager role.   • Procure FM materials, consumables, spare parts, and subcontracted services.

  • Source and negotiate with suppliers; issue RFQs and purchase orders.

  • Manage vendor relationships and monitor supplier performance.

  • Coordinate with operations and site teams to ensure timely supply.

  • Support inventory control and cost-saving initiatives.

  • Maintain procurement documentation and reports.



  • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.

  • 3–5 years procurement experience, preferably in facility management or related industries.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and cost-control skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/procurement systems.

  • Requirements
    1–4+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn and online job boards
