Job Description
We Uniservice, a leading technology based facility management company, looking for a young, dynamic, result oriented professional for Facility Manager/ Assistant Facility Manager role. Procure FM materials, consumables, spare parts, and subcontracted services.
Source and negotiate with suppliers; issue RFQs and purchase orders.
Manage vendor relationships and monitor supplier performance.
Coordinate with operations and site teams to ensure timely supply.
Support inventory control and cost-saving initiatives.
Maintain procurement documentation and reports.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
3–5 years procurement experience, preferably in facility management or related industries.
Strong negotiation, communication, and cost-control skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/procurement systems.

Requirements
