Procurement Administrator

  • Commencing ASAP
  • 4 month placement, open to extension
  • $50.00 per hour inclusive of casual loading

Our client is seeking a dedicated and motivated Procurement Administrator to join a dynamic team in Mannering Park. The ideal candidate will be a self starter, have previous experience or knowledge of purchasing and be able to work independently and take initiative without instruction.

  • Previous experience working within procurement or purchasing an advantage
  • Must have strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • High degree of organisational skills and the ability to multi-task, learn quickly and be proactive

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Processing and managing orders
  • Vendor and supplier manager
  • Documentation and record-keeping
  • Order tracking and delivery
  • Invoice Verification
  • Communication and support
  • Data entry and reporting

Required Skills/Qualification

  • Good computer skills
  • Trustworthy
  • Can work independently
  • Good organisational skills
  • IT Literacy
  • Administration Experience
  • Microsoft Office
