Overview

On-site - Taguig 3-5 Yrs Exp Bachelor Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Procurement of all supplies in the kitchen and market items.
  • Procurement of all equipment and machines needed for the store like coffee machine, oven, ice machine, etc.
  • Maintains a pool of suppliers for easy reference.
  • Ensure that all procured items are in accordance with the company process and procedure.
  • Tracks all P.O and Invoices and ensure that it is submitted to the accounting department for a timely payment.

Qualifications

  • Must be a graduate of BS Business Admin major in Marketing or Finance.
  • Must have at least 5 years relative experience in procurement.
  • Willing to work in BGC, Taguig.
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday.
