Job Description
Strategic Negotiation and Sourcing
- Conduct strategic negotiation events for the Strategic Sourcing group.
- Negotiate business terms with vendors and partners to minimize risk and maximize price efficiencies.
- Lead sourcing events from project kick-off to contract execution.
Relationship Management
- Build and create relationships with internal clients to understand their contracting needs.
- Establish relationships and lead stakeholders/cross-functional teams to get process buy-in.
- Create Strategic Sourcing partnerships to increase addressable spend.
Contract Management
- Solid understanding of contract forms (MNDA, MSA, SOWs).
- Liaise with Legal and Security departments to ensure all contract controls and protections are in place.
