Job Description

Strategic Negotiation and Sourcing

  • Conduct strategic negotiation events for the Strategic Sourcing group.
  • Negotiate business terms with vendors and partners to minimize risk and maximize price efficiencies.
  • Lead sourcing events from project kick-off to contract execution.

Relationship Management

  • Build and create relationships with internal clients to understand their contracting needs.
  • Establish relationships and lead stakeholders/cross-functional teams to get process buy-in.
  • Create Strategic Sourcing partnerships to increase addressable spend.

Contract Management

  • Solid understanding of contract forms (MNDA, MSA, SOWs).
  • Liaise with Legal and Security departments to ensure all contract controls and protections are in place.
