Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Materials and Equipment Procurement:

  • Manage the procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, non-production materials, and equipment, coordinating with various departments to ensure efficient supply.

Supplier Management:

  • Maintain relationships with local and international suppliers, screen new suppliers, negotiate contracts, and regularly assess quality and cost.

Cost and Contract Negotiation:

  • Negotiate prices and contract terms, ensure timely delivery, and focus on obtaining cost optimization solutions in the market.

Order Management:

  • Review and manage procurement requests, develop procurement plans, track order progress, ensure timely delivery, and resolve issues.

Compliance and Quality Control:

  • Ensure procurement meets the company's quality standards and complies with company policies and regulations.
