URGENT HIRING

Key Responsibilities

· Handle the full procurement cycle including sourcing, assessment, quotation and selection of vendors

· Generate Purchase Requisition and Purchase Orders issuance

· Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate terms, and ensure cost efficiency.

· Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of materials, machine spare parts, tools and engineering equipment in accordance with project specifications and company requirements

· Coordinate with internal teams to understand purchasing requirements.

· Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of goods and services.

· Maintain accurate purchasing records, contracts, and supplier databases.

· Track supplier performance, delivery schedules, and resolve any supply issues.

· Support compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

Requirements

· Diploma or Degree

· –3 years of procurement or purchasing experience with a manufacturing industry preferred

· Strong negotiation and communication skills.

· Good organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
