Job Description

  • Allocation of PRs to Respective Buyer as per allocated Profile
  • Monitoring of PR to PO wrt Project / Shop requirement
  • Should be a team player with excellent communication skills, motivation caption and should be able to plan, co-ordinate and work with the team.
  • Provide regular updates on procurement status and challenges to Management
  • Monitoring of Budget, Spend & Saving analysis.
  • Manage all MIS related activities
  • Inventory Analysis
  • Tracking all PR and PO
  • Follow-up with Buyer for short closing of Old POs in SAP
  • Should have on hand experience of SAP module with exposure for MM & Finance module. 
  • Should be a team player with excellent communication skills, motivation caption and should be able to plan, co-ordinate and lead the team.
  • Technically sound in systems & knowledge of ISO / IMS.
