Procurement Project Leader

Responsibilities:

Be in charge of GBE Programs performance (QCD) for the GBE – whether NPIs or Mass production programs (incl. transition projects)

Serve as the single POC for Program Managers (with proper Program MOS)

Manage NPI or Ve-Re/Transition Projects content: is the prime interface for sourcing project management, ensure modifications are followed by sourcing, project timing is respected. Own Projects Tracking sheets for GBE Procurement NPI performance

Is in Charge of project deliverables: Prototypes, ODT, PPAP, SOP on time, at cost & at quality. Consolidate Sourcing supported actions for TEFS

Take Complete ownership on Full BOM Cost from PQF until SOP | Ensure right BOM cost aligned with PCL is provided

Transversal Management of GBE Buyers for sourcing activities interfacing with supplier on RFI/RFQ process, with strong MOS for effective monitoring 

Actively participate in escalations with suppliers in case of non-commercial project related issues (e.g., planning issue)

Ensure the Sourcing Plan in line with Sourcing Strategy

Lead & Organize sourcing committee and PAC meetings for VE/Resourcing/Transition activities

Drive continuous improvement for Processes in charge (VE/Resourcing, NPI, Transition) and ideas creation

Responsible for sourcing project related KPIs reporting to GBE/Procurement (BOM cost, AP, ODT, PPAP, SOP timing)

Responsible for the Phase exit sourcing material for his assigned projects

Ownership of Project Procurement reporting (e.g Program tracking sheet for each Project under responsibility)
