Procurement Reporting Lead

Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver clear, executive-ready reporting. Seeking a highly organised and proactive professional with a collaborative and engaging leadership style Opportunity to showcase your skills and experience and lead a talented team

Drive portfolio governance, reporting and analytics across a large sustaining capital program. Lead a small team of analysts to provide executive insights, system oversight, and support delivery of annual capital projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and coach a team of analysts, providing support
• Own governance, reporting and performance frameworks
• Develop and maintain dashboards and executive reporting packs
• Translate complex data into clear insights for stakeholders
• Manage portfolio systems and vendor relationships
• Represent sustaining capital initiatives across enterprise forums

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:

• Degree qualified in Supply Chain, Business, Law or relevant disclipine 
• Strong analytical, organisational and reporting skills
• Experience in procurement, governance and/or commercial reporting
• Confident engaging diverse stakeholders, including executives
• Proficiency in Power BI; familiarity with contract systems 
• Collaborative, proactive approach with strong leadership

Casual Loading
