Job Description
Drive portfolio governance, reporting and analytics across a large sustaining capital program. Lead a small team of analysts to provide executive insights, system oversight, and support delivery of annual capital projects.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and coach a team of analysts, providing support
- Own governance, reporting and performance frameworks
- Develop and maintain dashboards and executive reporting packs
- Translate complex data into clear insights for stakeholders
- Manage portfolio systems and vendor relationships
- Represent sustaining capital initiatives across enterprise forums
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
- Degree qualified in Supply Chain, Business, Law or relevant disclipine
- Strong analytical, organisational and reporting skills
- Experience in procurement, governance and/or commercial reporting
- Confident engaging diverse stakeholders, including executives
- Proficiency in Power BI; familiarity with contract systems
- Collaborative, proactive approach with strong leadership

Casual Loading
