Your role

This junior role is ideal for candidates with a strong foundation in procurement processes and a passion for supporting business operations. The Procurement Specialist will assist in day-to-day procurement activities including purchase order (PO) issuance, supplier onboarding, tender coordination, and general administrative support.

What you’ll do

  • Issue and manage purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures

  • Support supplier onboarding and maintain accurate supplier records

  • Assist in tender preparation, coordination, and documentation

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather procurement requirements

  • Track and follow up on order deliveries and resolve basic supply issues

  • Maintain procurement documentation and ensure compliance with audit requirements

  • Support data entry and reporting for procurement metrics and KPIs
