Job Description
Key Responsibilities
+ End-to-End Procurement Management: Plan and execute procurement of materials, services, and subcontractors for public infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, public buildings). Ensure compliance with project requirements and quality standards.
+ Bidding & RFP Response: Prepare bid packages and develop comprehensive proposals for government RFPs. Draft specifications, coordinate submission schedules, and ensure compliance with procurement regulations.
+ Contract Negotiation & Administration: Negotiate favorable terms with vendors and subcontractors. Manage contract execution, amendments, and change orders throughout the project lifecycle.
+ Budget & Spend Management: Oversee multi-million-dollar contract budgets. Implement cost control measures, track expenditures, and provide regular reporting on spend vs. budget.
