**Job Title**: Procurement Specialist - Procurement Team

**About the Role**:
The Procurement Team is seeking a motivated individual to assist with contract management and project coordination. This role provides visibility and interaction with stakeholders across the company and plays a crucial part in improving the submission, tracking, and documentation of contracts. The Specialist will support contract renewals, maintain the contract database, and facilitate contract negotiations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Utilize Docusign, Google Workspace, and Cobblestone (contract management tool) to update systems with the latest contract versions, including notes and attachments.
- Develop and maintain a procedure to notify the Procurement Team of upcoming contract deadlines.
- Partner with the Procurement Team to identify redundant contracts and streamline vendors.
