  • Track purchase orders, inventory, and deliveries using inventory systems like Produce Pro.
  • Analyze market trends and logistics to optimize purchasing.
  • Collaborate with teams to plan orders and coordinate products.
  • Use Excel for cost tracking and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with purchasing policies.
