Job Description
On behalf of our client we are looking for an engaged and curious Procurement Specialist who will be responsible for procurement activities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for Company’s procurement activities related to establish and manage agreements.
- Holds the mandate to legally commit the Company to suppliers.
- Manage and follow-up of contracts and frame agreements, including handling of variation orders, amendments, option assessments, negotiations etc.
- Contribute to ensure agreement understanding and compliance (training of contract users)
- Safeguard correct use of the contract Collaboration with internal partner/customers
- Collaboration with suppliers and internal partners
- Ensure stakeholder management Initiate and implement improvements
