The Procurement Specialist supports IT and engineering projects by managing the purchasing process for hardware, software, and software licenses. This role is responsible for tracking procurement activities from initial quotes through project completion, ensuring accurate documentation, valid pricing, and timely communication with vendors and internal teams. The position focuses on optimizing purchasing opportunities, coordinating bids, and maintaining detailed records across multiple projects simultaneously.

• Responsible for daily tasks such as monitoring the status of hardware, software and software licenses that have been purchased to complete upcoming IT & engineering projects at various stages of the procurement process.
