Job Description
The Procurement Specialist – Trading Products is responsible for managing a dedicated portfolio of trading products at country level. The role aims to optimize cost, quality, and supply continuity while ensuring alignment with Sika’s procurement strategies, policies, and ethical standards.
Main Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Execute the end-to-end operational procurement of trading products at country level, ensuring efficiency, cost control, and supply reliability.
Conduct supplier negotiations on prices, volumes, quality requirements, and delivery conditions.
Prepare, validate, and approve purchase orders within delegated authority, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
Monitor supplier performance to ensure on-time delivery, continuity of supply, and adherence to agreed quality standards.
