This role will support the efficient execution for managing, preparing, and analyzing contracts and procurement agreements. The Procurement Specialist plays a critical role in supporting and coordinating procurement activities in collaboration with government transit/rail entities. This position manages, prepares, and analyzes contracts and procurement agreements, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations while mitigating risk. Through cross-departmental collaboration, the role supports clear, enforceable contracts that advance the strategic objectives.
