Key Responsibilities

• Source, evaluate and manage suppliers for fresh produce and related products
• Handle procurement activities including price negotiation, purchase orders and delivery arrangements
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with operations and warehouse teams to ensure timely replenishment
• Maintain accurate procurement records, pricing and supplier documentation
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to support operational requirements
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures
