Job Description
- Assist in identification of potential villages with good number of bean gatherers in and around cluster area by conducting Surveys in designated districts.
- Conducting farmers mobilization camps in bean potential areas and ensure increased trend in bean collection through awareness amongst lady influencers and villagers.
- Meeting with bean gatherers and Traders regularly in their locations and ensure high quality information flows between Village level
- Regular visit to the rural locations for updating about bean collection quantity to Procurement Lead.
- Coordination with traders for maintaining quality parameters of beans before purchase.
- Monitor harvesting samples collected from bean gatherers/ suppliers/ processors against standards, report back on issues and monitor responses.
- Arranging different capacities of trucks as and when required for transferring beans from traders to local godown
